Sorry for my belated response. It only takes one 15c211, it never needs updated. That would have occurred years ago. The last attempt at a new disclosure of information was the document filed with Pink Sheets with respect to Concorde Diversified which complied with 211. It wasn't formal as they didn't need a market marker or symbol. There was never an update for the hip hop companies, the mining company, or the present company.
