ABDUL, I think NYC62 is Chris or a close insider. Probably Chris. He is a one man show. Everything he said adds up. Chris bought CGGP for one reason to R/M with somebody. That is what brokerdealer's do. That is the stated focus of Leaddog Capital. That is the reason he has remained silent for so long and let the pps fall. Cheaper more attractive shell. The chinese telecom company makes sense. China is a hotbed of capitalism and trying to do an IPO is almost impossible because of all of the red tape. Much easier to R/M. Chris has dressed up CGGP put a tie on and sold a deal. Probably including financing. Could NYC62 be a pumper? No doubt about it. But my gut says no. Time will tell. Even if the China deal is false Chris is going to R/M with somebody. He bought it for a reason and it obviously isn't a pump and dump because there has never been any pump from Chris.
