With all due respect Newly,
It seems an honor to keep this site he created thriving and vibrant. One of the best and a lasting way to honor him.
Sort of like if Zeev had started a company and we were fortunate enough to work with him in that company for the betterment of all.
If he passed on, he'd likely want us to continue the company and make it better than ever rather than dismantle it and leave only a name and an empty shell.
