the saying that sticks most in my mind is what he told mill " we would rather secure all the leases we can" i then wondered to myself,,, why would one do that, buy buy buy with no income???? it didnt make sense, so i took our business and if i was the CEO would i buy 5, 10 maybe 15 repair shops and not put them in service??? No it wouldnt make sense....i would buy 1 or 2 maybe 3 get them going then expand simple business....... no looking at the other side, why would i secure all the leases i can from other peoples money??? and not do production??? simple so we pay for all the leases we pay for all the overhead and once thats paid for they have no overhead and huge profits in their...(maybe private) company
