How would be possible Aware to make a profit from this if you were in prior to the butchering, and after this r/s?......none of us who were can see this as any possibility when we have not just lost our capital but our holdings to, less you can see this going to $8.75 a share. Anything less than this would still be a loss. Not any of us signed on to a salary of $350,000 he elected to take on top of everything he has done. He stated early on that any money raised would in fact go back into the company, a company that was so underfunded he claimed and needed to do this to mine the Payday mines.........if he would have been honest he could have stayed after that endevour knowing the cost involved with just the Payday mines. The stock would be in the pennies today........He could have stopped this at 500mn shares but his greed consumed him. He then had the gaul to purchase another company when he hadn't even begun the work on this.

If he were working as CFO for any company and doing this, he would be brought up on charges, fired for a list a reasons not to include his dereliction of duties. This guy is pathetic considering his background, he knew exactly what he was doing and what he has continued to do. Just like that s--thead Skilling who went to Harvard but did not understand accounting?.

He has plenty of time now to take some classes.
