Another rumored avenue you can take is to access Pacer and see if a bunch of creditors are lined up of if a bankruptcy has been filed, I think you will find there has not been but what? one creditor who also has creditability issues with NASCAR and a suite all there own? Could that claim be flied in the wrong jurisdiction? Maybe!!!!!!!
