No, it's all fairly simple. There is a major sharholder (who really controlls the company...) and he has decided to give himself a big bonus via the stock dividend. The rest of us are just along for the ride. If you don't feel that you will benifit from the divi, then you shouldn't have bought. See... it really is that simple.
