State of the company out, wow, did we get taken. It should be obvious that we are dealing with organized crime and I'm sure the SEC knows all about these guys from their past business practices but have done nothing. Why have they been able to continue to steal from investors? Because we are the little guys that nobody listens to, we are easy pickens. Money talks, bullshit walks. It would take a lot of money and time to fight these crooks in court and they know it, they've been thru all this before. They have to figure we will scream and stomp our feet and then go away mad. Unless we want to spend a lot of money on lawyers, WHO are going to be the only winners here, we will have to start a organized complaint and letter writing campaign to the SEC that they cannot ignore. Kinda makes your blood boil thinking Jerry and Gragg are sitting back eating a big steak that we paid for and laughing at all the dummies in pinkyland. I have no doubt they figure to walk away from this with money falling out of their pockets.
