أعلنَ المسؤول في صندوق ِ النقد الدولي بيرت كيوبنس، أنهُ ليس في وسع ِ هيئةِ الأمم المُتحدة الدولية للرقابة والاستشارة، تحديدَ ما إذا كانتْ أموالُ النفط العراقي كلها تـُستخدم بشكل ٍ مُلائم، راداً السبب الى الوضع ِ الأمني المُستشري في البلاد منذ العام ألفين وثلاثة.
