Well, I didn't take it down; however, I was not associated with the site in any way. I think the authors had originally planned to have it be a shareholders discussion forum for the company, but it's clear they didn't update it or otherwise keep it on the subject of the company. I don't know what was or wasn't accurate on the site, I really didn't pay much attention to it.
