hard to say without knowing the share structure of PDGT and the revenues of the two organizations combined.

But I think it's reasonable to estimate that IF a RM happened, it would very likely go past .02.

For example, let's say that ACG and PDGT do a combination of $20 million annually. Divided by a <guess> of 1 billion shares and you're looking at an EPS of .02 right there. Factor in a conservative PE of 3 - 5x and we would see .06 to .10

BUT THIS IS PURE SPECULATION until we hear something definative about share structure, revenues and any official statement. PURE SPECULATION right now...
