It's not so much OPINION as it is a careful look at...
THE FACTS...

I see one S-8 on the just the first page...that's the company
DUMPING SHARES.
THEN there is no less than THREE SC13's
I can't give you SPECIFIC numbers because I don't subscribe to
the EDGAR site...you'll notice that Yahoo doesn't list those
filings because the company doesn't want you to SEE those filings...NONE of them are GOOD and ALL of them are DELUTIONAL. (you need to go to the EDGAR site to see them and
they now charge for access..HEY..if there is a FREE way to
access those filings PLZ let me know !)
That S-8 was just last Jan. 23...
As I said, I know and am freely EXPRESS my opinions, what I
was ASKIN was WHY any of you would DISAGREE with me at this
point and more importantly....WHY ?

PS...it's ok if you just like this company, or that you are
new to trading and don't understand how these bb stocks trade,
I'm just currious is all. Tryin to separate the rubber from
the road here.
