There is no after market trading on OTC stocks. Any trades you see posted after hours are MM's settling the books and late posts. In fact, MM's in OTC land are not required to posts trades in real time at all. They have a maximum of four days before they must post trades. Yes, they can wait a maximum of four days before they are required to post trades. They can hold off posting block trades signaling dilution or accumulation for several days while they rape you of every penny they can. They do it every day and they do it very well. That's why some stocks seem to have a hard time getting going or never go anywhere when they should.
