Man a lot of these shells are hurting. Probably just the market in general. No one is willing to put their money in something that they will get stuck in possibly for a long time. Plus pumper crews have disappeared for a while. A couple just returned to IHUB. Probably ran out of money from a few months ago and are back at it again.
