So Joe, is your impression from the call that if the PPS got to $3 or $4 by the time they close the deal (10 weeks from now), that they would not do an RS?

My own opinion is that they are expecting a rise in PPS from here, since doing a 1:100 would put the OS at only 3.1 million. An RS from a dollar would only need to be a 1:3, leaving 10 million or so. JMO.
