STOP THE PRESSES !~ Listen guys I will be honest with you there is alot more going on here than meets the eye and we all know that. Here is the bottom line. One day they are ready to aquire another buisness then the name a new CFO to get ready for the BB the product is ready to get out etc etc etc........
You want to know what I think BS. One of several things happened here
1. there is no product and they went through all the trouble of improving or creating the website to up the PPS so they can dilute or keep the money and rip everybody off.
2. Something big was about to happen and they are trying to scare investors away because the aquisition may have backfired on them if the company they were trying to take over has secretly bought shares of NUBV and is now going to take NUBV over assisted by Ron and the attorney so they can make a killing because someone else now is vieing for control.
3. Nobody really knows what the hell they are doing.
4.It was a scam from the beggining and since they will not be able to produce a product after claiming to be so close to production and distribution the now have to cover it up and or buy time because they lied.
5. Any all or none of the above!
Thing is I am keeping my shares until the truth is discovered if it can be. I think they actually were or are really close and there was a snag( RON may not be the only thing). If it can be fixed in time they just might have time to make it to market before summer. if not we are all screwed but since I have so little invested here i am willing to take the chance I understand many of you have much more invested and I can not blame you for wanting to run and sell. I really hope this works out for all of you peace.
