pks- try to remember, the only dumb question is the one you don't ask. IMHO the need for another reverse split is out of thought processes right now. Not that it won't surface in the future, but for now I don't think it is even being considered. They didn't need to do this one for the otcbb, however I think it was done because the AS structure was scary to a lot of potential investors, uplisting or no. The need for another reverse split in the future will depend on whether or not the company wants to seek a higher exchange listing. Higher exchanges require a higher share price. However, that could be negated in the years ahead with increasing sales and profits which would definately increase the share price without any kind of reverse split. Only time will tell. Also with the amount of flak the company got from shareholders after the way they did the reverse split, I think they may be a little gunshy at this point in time. Once again this is only my opinion.
