I do find it hard to understand how Jerry and Greg can walk away from RGNO without a word to shareholders and both open up another company almost overnight. I mean really, why not just beat us on the head and take our money, there wasn't much differance. If the SEC can't see this as hiway robbery they would have to have their eyes shut. ( some say they do)
