I am not insinuating anything other than a company with so few employees had better cover its bases since the Phase III trials they have designed do not have an SPA and are very small.

The implication of your post is that if the CRO and,or a trial center botches and therefore does not get paid then its hey, no big deal. But it is a big deal in a small trial.

If there was ever a time to spend an extra 200k for an internal hands-on person and an extra 300k to add 50 patients it seems to me that it would be now.
