QUESTIONS.....
To the board members which appear to have the most knowlege regarding Qbid, I have some questions. First let me say, I have purchased 2 million shares of this stock since .003 based on the concept of a Gay television network which I believe is a viable endevoure. Hence, I am not a basher. Nor am I gay, but do have several friends that are. Pleae help with the following:
1. The national show identifies Q Television in a booth, however lists no profile, contact informtion or product lines. When did we become Q television. I have never seen a PR explaining this. Why would Mr. Olsen not provide this info. Is this really us?
2. Why did Mr. Olsen fail to respond to Viacoms release they would be the first Gay network when he has been working on this concept for years.
3. How is this company capitalized (30 mil) to get this network off the ground.
4. What happened to the share buyback Mr. Olsen stated would take place in a "few weeks", nearly two months ago.
5. Why did we hire Ms. Lamont, when her last network was forced into bankrupcty.
6. Why was the soft launch changed from May 1 to May 15.
7. Why has there been no programing identified when the launch is so close.
8. Have any advertisers been identified.
9. Why does the company fail to file 10k. I realize not required for pink sheets, but i have seen others do it.
10. Viacom announced their plans three days ago, I have heard this on the radio, CNBC, and a short discussion on the View.
11. Viacoms message board does not appear to believe a Gay network is viable, most messages are negative with the usual Gay jokes.
12. It just appears Qbid is not getting the word out. I have check several g/l web sites and found nothing about qbid except a negative article stating Frank is a scam artist.
I am sure I have other questions, but just cant think of them right off hand.
Again, i am not a basher, I only have a little over a 1k invested because i believe the concept is ready to become reality. If i lose, I lose, but would like to get some answers if possible. Thank you in advance.
