I had the same issue, had to bid a couple of ticks above the ask to get shares. When I bid either the bid, or just the ask, or a tick above the ask, it just moved away. See that HOD at .025? That's me :)

The usuals, whatever I post is my opinion, yaddayaddayadda. I'm still learning this, so if you listen to me, well, good luck to you :)
