american, after going back and forth all weekend on the phone and on paper i really feel we just might have something. with no dilution for a year and wf in the back pocket, that gives tom alot of time to get the market cap and bottom line way up. the next filing will be very interesting to say the least. also, i think he is going to unfold 2 to 3 prs in a row, they have been on the back burner waiting to the dilution statement.
