1. terrance plumer works for both co.
2. Sikora (Taol) sold the property to Hill (GXPI)
3. Sikora and hill are firends that's why they used to share the same IR co (SeacoveIR) sikora turned GXPI on to them.
4. Sikora has shares in GXPI


I know there's more just not coming to me right now.
