The way I intrepet the BOA downgrade is, while they think QCOM will continue to do well, they will not do as well as BOA previously thought.

In the street.com article, it had BOA revising the 2004 chipsets sales volume from 150 million down to 147 million. Not much of a difference IMO because both are estimates.
