Doesn't say anything about exotic cars, luxury cars and sport cars sales being down. Even if it did, it would just be temporary. Recessions don't last. Now what does that artical have to do with revenge designs? Revenge modifies cars to make them more appealing
How would that be a bad thing for car sales?
