I question ‘if’ they could be corrupt with all the goverment agency’s and universities involved. Still sense Bavi is a threat to the SOC and major concern of $$ lost if what has been proven so far. BP likes their status, privileges and control and ‘not’ willing to let go of easily. JMHO
