3,000,000 Gallons / year * 3,3 Liters/Gallon = 9,900,000 Liters/year

9,900,000 Liters/year * 0.6$/Liter = $5,940,000

Someone please correct me if I am wrong ... $0.6/liter is the price I am finding. PLEASE correct me.
