Yes, what you say is so true. We are just talking about risk at different levels and arenas here. The "big" picture would have money flowing into all sorts of domestic energy programs. Unfortunately, the domestic financial picture has individuals and institutions looking for ways to avoid as much risk as possible. I guess we could all take our "rebate" from the stimulus package and invest it in domestic energy and alternatives...hmmm, might not be a bad idea!
