I agree with your take and Kels with regards to 2008 being a great year for Hemi. With regards to the AH trades, this could be a large seller or some form of manipulation. As far as the company goes here were my questions to Keith about a month ago and his response.

My questions:

1. You stated publicly that Hemi has NOT sold any shares on the open market. Is this still true?

2. You stated publicly that you and Hemi have no knowledge whatsoever of what the after hours trades are. Is this
still so?

3. Has Hemi issued any 504 offerings this year?
