HHSS MIAMI - GREAT NEWS!!!!

How long do you think it will take to "convert" Silqui's to a HHSS? I estimate about 4-6 weeks. So that would put the opening somewhere around the middle of May, providing they can close the deal by the end of March. All this is just speculation though.

A few observations from today's PR...

Why would a "well-established, profitable business" want to change to a HHSS? It seems like a lateral move unless Clarington believes the Soda Shop will be much more profitable than Silqui's. This would be terrific news for us shareholders.

Also, why would Pettus say, "Most companies would have come into the community, opened up and put a successful entrepreneur like Rob out of business." I thought Silqui's was a "Seafood and Steak Restaurant and Lounge". The only competition the HHSS would be for them would be in the area of food. I don't think Siliqui's has a gaming area or recording studio like HHSS do they?

If I were Clarington I would have kept my "well-established, profitable business" and found another location to open a HHSS. That way I would have twice the profitability. Plus he will have to shut down his "well-established, profitable business" for the time it takes to convert it to a HHSS. So is it really that profitable or is it a dog that he wants to convert to a profitable HHSS?

Whatever the reason at least we get a 2nd HHSS opening soon. AND THAT IS GREAT NEWS!!!!
