I didn't see the Order, but I don't doubt what they're saying. The word vacate means the judge chose to give them a chance to answer (stricken means the judgment was void, it's something different). So now they have to hire a lawyer and answer the suit. Discovery will occur, and they can prove the veracity of the CCDX/RHMX claims. I will guess that others will be joining the suit, or filing suits on their own. The reason they were hesitant is because they didn't see activity. Now that there's a chance of depositions, etc., I am sure we'll be seeing some more things happening.
