i don't think that insiders are loading the boat (43% ownership) and very possibly converting notes to common shares if this is going lower. though clearly there is risk as this is a PENNY STOCK....OOOOOOOOOOOOOOH. gotta study the tape here........this is going to be big IMO HOLD TIGHT
