So what is your thoughts gang?

I've pretty much nailed it here wouldn't you say? We can only hope they really do have their act together and see the logic in these things I have stated. Please respond folks. I want to know what my friends are thinking now. Whats the point in coming here if no one is going to discuss Delta. I might as well keep what I think to myself if you guys won't discuss it with me here.

Right now we are all in the dark. Delta has pretty much been silent for the past 4 or 5 months. Now we don't even have an IR so there is no where to go for answers or to ask questions. And the most difficult thing is for us to figure out just what in the hell they are planning without any lines of communication for investors. It is waaaaaaay past time for them to start putting news out. I can understand them wanting to get all the restructuring done internally after the R/S. I can understand their wanting to hold off announcing the Security deal until the funding is done and all the promoters are lined up.

But I can't understand this excuse that they are wanting the filings in first before they can do anything. The filings aren't due until April for pete sakes. And they only cover last year so there is nothing significant to file. It is hogwash to think we believe any of the acquisitions are on hold until they see these financials. Cripes....they should already know Delta had nothing to report last year...they were a shell!!!!

And there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse for them to not at least put out something to inform investors of the companies new direction and focus after the split. Geesh...this should have been put out last month when everyone was jittery about the split, especially after the way they handled announcing it! So irregardless of what is in the works, or the promotion, they should get news out NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
