More thoughts...

We have all been told the Security deal is closed and should be announced very soon. We have also been led to believe it is already a profitable company. If we assume they have a net profit of only $100k then that would translate to .14 per share ($100k divided by O/S of 693,000 shares = .14) And using a conservative P/E of 10 it translates to share value of $1.40.

I don't know much about the financial stability of this company, its revenues, or what its expenses are, but I can't believe they have that much overhead. So they should be very profitable and probably make more than $100k a year. ($200k would take us to value of $2.80 a share)

So this alone leads me to think that this deal will bring quite a bit of value to this company right away. Then you consider the rumors we have heard that they are looking to branch this company out with "satelite" offices all over the US and Canada and the potential here is pretty big.

But will announcing this acquisition completed be enough to get the share price up? I have no idea. I do hope the company has enough sense to include some financial information on the Security company in the release. Good hard numbers from last year would certainly help our cause!

But it is still the OTCBB where the MM's rule. Without buying, and lots of it, the MM's will probably put the screws to us. It is going to take alot more than news of this deal to get us where we want to be IMO.

Which brings us to the promotion.....

IMHO BWTFDIK!
