I think some 144 filers might be selling however if they are they are not the "insiders" (by SEC definition) because if they did they would have to file a form (can't remember the number) and it would be listed under the link listed below. To get from the link provided (which lists all 144 filers ie proposed sales) to the actual transactions by "insiders" you must click on the tab at the left of page that says "transactions" or on the word "transactions" in the explanatory paragraph above the 144 filers.
you will see that according to msn there are no completed transactions by "insiders". this doen't tell us whether non-insiders with restricted shares are selling but remember all 144 owners are restrained from selling only 1/12 of there shares on any given month due to the trickle agreement they all signed.
You may already know this but I wanted to avoid any confusion.
