Even after 263m shares traded for nov, dec and jan,
Knight filed the 13G in feb dated 1/31/07 for the 3.7% ownership. the o/s was still 30m on 1/31/07

If the O/S was higher, Knight would not have filed the 13G for 3.7m shares.
