Repetitively posting the already repititively posted PR isn't going to convince people to go buy crazy on this. If excitement for this stock is in one's blood, great. Buy more stock.
If it is a ploy to attempt to influence the weak of mind, through pumping, then I think that investors, investing in risky penny stocks, are aware of the tactic. Thereby creating more apprehensiveness than willingness.

Sheeple will be the root of our downfall
