If there will be RS it will be after he will sell the 60 billions, so another question come out when he will finish selling all that billions ??

One day… one month?? , it will take years to sell that amount of shares, so if there will be RS it will be after years

Or it will be stupid raise the AS and make RS without benefit from it !!!
