Speaking about direct codes, URL is known and and patent simply does not work as any reader except neoreader does not resolve known url again;)
Speaking about indirect case, reader create URL from data encoded and pass it to server, server returns nothing but redirect to another real server. HTTP redirect is known before Neom birthday and patent does not work again.
i hope you see main differences between patents and used scenarios.

It MAY work only if resolution server returns data in form of XML that is prosecced then by reader to extract url or something. But actually it will not work as it is well known internet principle at all and for web services in particular.

Also, word Internet is funny in patent:) what is it? And, in our region best communication is via SMS;) that is not internet.

You can still be proud of huge potential of this and other patents neom has, but reality is different, they are bypassed by more simple and technology more advanced methods.
I more beleave that Denso will change mind and ask for license for QR code than Neom win patent battle.

For example, what if i preprocess date read from code locally before sending to server?;)
