OT: chipped, i just shorted 2000 AIRN 5.80 on "To approve an amendment to Section 4.1 of the Company’s Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation, as amended, to increase the number of authorized shares of the common stock of the Company from 50,000,000 shares to 100,000,000 shares
