It's Simple:

When a momo group runs the pps of a penny stock up, it leaves in it's wake a slew of bagholders who inherently cry foul.

shorting
dilution
scam
etc
etc
etc

typical denial

this is right back where it started before the momo group ran it up a month ago...that shouldnt be a surprise, nothing has changed, except money changing hands..
