I can't believe that a company with 20M annual revenue is trading at 0.0003. Per their PR from November "The Company has eliminated all of the Promissory Notes related to divisional acquisitions and its term note from Laurus. Most have been eliminated well in advance of each due date". Even with an OS of 500M, the market cap will be still 1M at 0.002!
