Here is my message for plain short sellers like teachen34, Q_uestion, extra and so on:

You are just trying to exploit a given uncertainty for your own purposes, i.e. profits. In the first place, your posts have just the goal to guarantee you direct and immediate profits.

You, audaciously hiding behind the curtain of moral, try to make profits (see above) by scaring other people with mere possibilities. Your suggestions can neither be proved or disproved, and of course you know that. But what kind of moral is this, when you do that for cheap profits??! See above.

The second thing that I find very disgusting is, that you put down other peoples hard work in a by contrast very cheap and egoistic way. You accuse the CEO of WNBD of being a crook and his personnel as his accomplices. Have you built up your company? How many people do you employ?

I can tell you one thing, and that is the simple answer to all the questions on the dilution topic:

Mr. Eric Lehner is acting here in a very personal way with maybe a thousand shareholders. The posters, and the readers. This is extraordinary. He is NOT an anonymous person on the Cayman Islands. Do you think, that in such a realtionship, you could/would betray a thousand people, like you suggest over and over again? Ha, that'd be brave I say! And would that make a person like Mr. Lehner a happy man...? Isn't he already very successful? Why would he devalue his success by cheating the ones who build it with him (the shareholders, among others)?

Thus said, I am very confident that Mr. Lehner will find a balanced way to both finance his company and give his shareholders an appropriate incerease in value. With whatever necessary financial construction necessary. And that's just common sense!!!
