Received this response from Traxxec. It doesn't look like we're going to get bio info of the board members and founders... which is what I was looking for.

For what it's worth, I strongly suspect these notes are not written by Nik or JB. No typos. Poor grammar and spelling were their trademark. But that really doesn't tell us much.

Thank you for your reply which is sincerely appreciated and we have no problem if you wish to publish.

This company is owned by the shareholders and we “at the coal face” want nothing more than to make a success of the opportunity that this license agreement offers. Several of the principals of the development companies have invested in the business in the past and are also shareholders.

We are now well aware of the uphill struggle that faces us but we were not aware of the history, the bitterness, resentment and baggage with, not only Medify, but by some loose and historical association, other companies of whom we have no knowledge and with whom we have no relationship. We are doing our very best to disassociate ourselves from the historical situation and go forward with a “clean sheet”. Unfortunately we are unable to address your past losses other than by being successful in the future.
