No, I do not agree at all with you. When you look at those companies (Enron, Worldcom, etc.) you'll notice that they were represented by real people who are most likely in jail now serving a sentence.
As to the big accounting firms, they were prosecuted as well and those companies don't exist anymore.
Both had to pay out cash in various lawsuits against them.

Now back to BKMP. When you find out that BKMP screwed you over and that there are billions of shares more + FS are fraudulent, that is where it ends. You might sue the company and it's president, but look at it realistically:

- who is Slimjim? He does not exist
- Who guarantees that FS are accurate? - Slimjim
- Try going after TFN ? BKMP has no interest in TFN + TFN is headed by big shot lawyers.
- Sue Sandy (Scumbag) Winick? He is not president anymore and he was not the one who sold our interest in TFN --> Slimjim did.
- Go after BKMP assets? BKMP is a shell that owns nothing, unless you want to get a happy ending at our "Happy Encounters" venture that is bogus as well.
