I'm putting up a hypothetic working schedule for NUBV:

1. hire a new Quality Control Manager - done
2. introduce product concept - done
3. start new website - done
4. hire new CFO -done
5. purchasing of nutraceutical ingredients - in progress?
6. testing of ingredients - in progress?
7. contract with bottlers - in progress?
8. run lab scale production - may be done?
9. run pilot production at bottler site - in schedule?
10. testing of pilot production sample - in schedule?
11. stability testing - in progress?
12. contract or agreement with distributor(s) - in progress?
13. production schedule with bottler - unknown?
14. hire more people - unknown?

There is no FDA issue here as long as they do not make any health claim. But the bottler should have at least ISO9001 and HACCP certification.

I see the stability is a big issue here - most beverage has low pH, which controls microbial growth. In N2O, pH has to stay neutral and nutrients are added, controlling of microbial becomes a big issue, which means the bottling process needs special requirement.

If we hear good news on pilot production or bottler contract, this stock will explode. In real production, nothing is smooth. If we haven't seen any production news as expected, don't panic. They might diligently working on problems. All IMO.
