There are many, many instances in which he (that is, Dial) says that UERI (and FTXN, by nature of the rights assigned to it by UERI) is obligated to do a share exchange with Grifco shareholders as of some Record Date yet to be determined and announced. Believe me. The shear weight of the available string of undeniable evidence is far too preponderous to ignore!
