I predict Gore will not concede because Draconians do not concede he lost. He may back off but he will be lurking in the background to pounce back in a heartbeat.

This is why they hire strategists.

But I doubt he will state he lost. He will play the "count the vote in the 3 counties (not the rest of the nation or under a constitutional standard) to get can steal the election.
