First if we're going to have a discussion and I'm to take you serious then you will have to brush up on your grammer. The contraction you're( you are) is inappropriate in this case.
I will never sell my shares. I hold them very dear to my heart.
It looks to me like there are 2 options here for them.
Another reverse, which they are particularly fond of.
Close the doors.
They cannot operate without financing. Their deal with Laurus is about to expire. If they can replace the revolving line of credit that they use to purchase the inventory they sell then they can stay in business.
If they can't they will use your money, do another reverse, the last was only a few months back.
Maybe I'm wrong, maybe they have another rabbit under the hat. They have been very quiet.
Look at the chart for just the last 5 months, since the split. They started that carnival with 11.4 mil outstanding. They left the a/s at 1 billion. The last 2 days they have traded above the most recently filed figure (60,258,567) for outstanding shares. If that figure is even remotely close now I will come to your house and wash your car in a dress
Better to ask where those shares came from
The next filing is right around the corner, I can't wait.
I promise you I'm being a better friend to you than On The Go ever will. The carnage they have left in their wake goes on for years. They also just took a million dollar write off for impairment, I know you may know what that is but I'll help out the more novice who might wander by. I means they missed on the revenue projections they love to put out pr's about by a million. So they had to take that off the top. If you're gonna miss, what the hell, a mil sounds nice. You know what though double e, no pr about that. No it's in a filing just like they legally have to do.
If you even smell a profit, take it. Or you will be paying their light bill, employee compensation, etc.
I really do wish you the best of luck. I hope they don't beat you. They have pounded on this pretty hard the last 2 days and they might back off long enough for you to exit.
