There is some truth to that statement, but usually legit companies will r/s to move to another exchange. Companies that choose to r/s just to reduce the o/s are just scams. Any cussip down here has the ablility to perform a r/s and I have seen no immediate proof that SYDI will take part in this measure. Your r/s claim could be made for all pinkies, so are you telling me that you are going around and warning every pink stock owner that there is a possibility of a r/s. I think we all know the risks down here, but thanks for your concern for our money.
